Terms of Service

Please read the following page attentively before considering or commissioning my services.◥ General Information ◣
You are purchasing my services and the digital file. Not printed art.
I reserve the right to cancel / decline your order if I'm uncomfortable with your approach or your commission request.
Unless paid the commercial fee, all commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY (thus, you cannot profit from them in any way, shape or form).
The estimated commission time varies from piece to piece but expect to be somewhere between a couple of days to several weeks.▬▬▬◥ Process ◣
1) You contact me with your request and we talk about your idea in detail, changing ideas and coming up with a concept.
2) I will send a concept art or a sketch for your approval. Major changes can be done at this phase.
3) Once approved, you will pay commission price through any of my supported means of payment.
4) When I finish the lineart and the base color, I will send it for approval. Small changes can be done at this phase.
5) Once approved, I'll finish the drawing and send it for approval. Minor changes can be done at this phase.
6) With your FINAL approval, the commission is completed, so I send it back to you in a .zip file.The time for each commission will vary. You will always be notified of any delays.
Unless paid the rush fee, all commissions are drawn in order.
Any big corrections after the sketch phase will have additional charge.▬▬▬◥ Commercial Usage ◣
The commission may be used to generate any type of profit for the commissioner.
You cannot have it edited or changed.
Do not claim the authorship of the artwork itself. The artist (me) keeps all ownership of the artwork.
When purchasing a commercial license, a written agreement is signed by both parties.▬▬▬◥ Personal Usage ◣
The commissions are not to be printed, resold, multiplied nor used in any way that could bring income.
Do not post the original full-size file online.
You can print the commission for your own personal use.
You cannot have it edited or changed.
Do not claim the authorship of the artwork itself. The artist (me) keeps all ownership of the artwork.
Do not remove my watermark.
When posting the commission, please credit me by tagging me.▬▬▬◥ Payments ◣
Accepted currency is american dollar (USD - $) and all commissions must be paid through VGen or Fiverr.
Commissions lower than 150$ must be fully paid after the sketch's approval.
For commissions over 150$, a payment plan can be created (weekly). Constant delay in the agreed payment dates can get your commission cancelled. Failure to pay two of the payments in a row will get your commission immediately cancelled and you will become blacklisted.
Please DO NOT send me any payment before I have agreed to work in your commission.
Do not complain about my prices.▬▬▬◥ Refunds ◣
After payment has been ensued all orders are final and refunds will only follow through if I haven't started working on the commission.
For any reason, if I see that I am unable to complete your commission you will receive a full refund.
Commissioning me several times and then canceling will get you blacklistedNote that:
♬ If you have paid without receiving the sketch and no work has been done in your commission you will receive a full refund.
♬ If there is a delay in your commission superior to 6 months from the agreed date between us, you can send a request for a partial refund.
♬ If the delay is superior to 12 months, you can request for a full refund.Etsy: No product acquired within my Etsy store can be refunded. If proven faulty, please send me a message so I can fix it. Thank you.▬▬▬◥ Extra Fees ◣
All extra fees are multipliers on the agreed commission price.Pratical Example:
15$ (Price) x 0.5 (Privacy) = 7.5$
so your final price would be
15$ (Base) + 7.5$ (Extra Fee) = 22.5$Rush: Your commission will become a priority ( x 1 )
Modification: Major changes on the artwork after sketch phase ( x 1.5 )
NSFW: Artwork without any censorship ( x 1 )
Privacy: I won't stream or publicly show the WIP's of the artwork ( x 0.5 )
Commercial Rights: You get full rights to commercialize the artwork, for eg, selling merch ( x 2 )▬▬▬◥ Copyright / Personal Usage Agreement ◣
I, Symphony (the artist), claim the right to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the artwork to:
> Promote myself with it everywhere;
> Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.);
> Post it wherever I want.The buyer is allowed to:
> Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.);
> Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself;
> Use the artwork to promote themselves.The following is considered copyright infringement:
> Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (without paying for the commercial fee) - meaning making money of it in any way;
> Claiming the artwork as your own;
> Removing my signature from the artwork;
> Altering the artwork without my consent.

By purchasing my services you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms stated above. If you violate any of the terms, you will be added to my blacklist without any warning.

Commission Prices

Note that the following are base prices, increase may occur depending on the complexity of the requested commission.

Emotes & Badges

Animated emotes are paid individually. Each one is 15$.
Badge Flairs are 15$ per pair.

Streamer Graphics

Small Add-ons & Extra Animations start at 5$.Pannels:
Rephrasing (same base) > 15$ + 5$ per extra piece
Unique Designs > 15$ each

STREAM REBRAND
Full stream rebrand values depend on the complexity but always come with a discount on the final pricing (from 5% to 15% of the full value).

VTubers

Illustrations

Animations are an extra 20$ per piece.
The prices above include basic backgrounds and are for one character alone. Complexity and extras may ensue starting at 5$ and going up to 15$.

Skebs are pieces of artwork where the artist has full creative freedom and little contact with the commissioner, you won't know what you are getting until you get it.

Other commissions:
Youtube Thumbnails = 10$ each
Patreon / Ko-Fi Tiers = 5$ to 10$ each
Book Covers (composition) = 10$ + the ammount spent on stock images
